Smooth Curves Make A Big Difference!
A common trend these days is to trim the edges of a laneway with a soldier course in interlock and blend it with a flowing arch at the top of the lane. To take it one step further we blend in a walkway from the new laneway up to the front entrance. This procedure really helps to tidy up the overall look of the front entrance and provides a sense of welcoming as you walk to the front door. A small garden wall was installed around existing shrubs and “Manoir Curb” was used to define the inside edge of the walkway. New asphalt was installed flawlessly inside the interlock which always makes for a beautiful contrast.
